Audio & Video (AV) Technologist I
Location: Columbia, MD; Hawaii

Job Description:
Candidates will be responsible for providing technologist support.
The candidate must have demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office products such as EXCEL,
Word, and PowerPoint and is able to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines.
The candidate must also have demonstrated experience in communications and customer service
skills both verbal and written, plans, and organizes.
Job Requirements:
U.S. citizenship is required. Candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance and current polygraph. The candidate must have specific skills to show two (2) years experience in technology support. The candidate must have a working knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware configurations, software loading, and have the ability to independently troubleshoot software applications, hardware and peripherals at the desktop/laptop level. The candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of multimedia equipment, set-up and use of instructional media technology
equipment and systems.
