Information Assurance Consultant
Location: Columbia, MD 21046

Job Description:
Develops requirements from a project's inception to its conclusion for a particular IT subject matter area (i.e., simple to complex systems). Assists other project members with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation; communications protocols; risk management/electronic analysis; software; life-cycle management; software development methodologies; and modeling and simulation.
The individual will be responsible for the following: coordinating FISMA reporting; developing and coordinating FISMA planning; supporting privacy program activities; computer network defense activities; technical support to Continuity of Operations program; and technical support to Critical Infrastructure program
Job Requirements:
U. S. Citizenship is required.
A TS/SCI clearance is required.
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years related experience, or High School Diploma and 9 years experience, or Associates Degree and 7 years related experience, or Master’s Degree and 3 years related experience, or Doctorate and 1 year related experience.
