Location: Columbia, MD 21045

Job Description:
Contracts Administrator with four plus years of government acquisition experience in our corporate office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: cradle to grave administration of contracts and subcontracts, including GSA schedule orders, CPFF, CPAF, FFP, T&M, and IDIQ contracts. Maintain contract files, prepare SBA reporting. Tracking and issuing Teaming and Non-Disclosure Agreements, and OCI documents. Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modification, negotiation, and termination. Interacts with all levels of managements and other departments. Reviews and analyzes RFPs. Must understand the proposal process and support proposal activities.

Interfaces with customer representative and technical staff members as required. Monitors company performance for conforming to original proposal and maintaining continual review to ensure all terms and conditions are met in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications and government regulations. Position requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently. Knowledge and familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and DCAA regulations.

Job Requirements:
Highly motivated, detailed oriented, team player with a Bachelor’s degree (in business or related field) and an in-depth knowledge of FAR and DFARS. Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and strong math and computer skills (MS Office with strength in Excel). Professional certification and Crystal Report writing is a plus.
