Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing training guidance and assistance according to RMM needs. The objectives include identification of training needs per requirement and matched resources for each requirement. Streamlining will occur in already existent training program. Additional training guidance and assistance will be provided according to evolvement of requirement. Close communication and collaboration with RMM, staff members, Project Coordinators, and Mission Coordinators is essential.

Job Requirements:
Candidates are required to have a thorough understanding of Military Regulations, understanding of RMM structure and vision, experience in supporting RMM operations, familiarization with training tools, locations and resources across agencies, reserve and active components. U. S. Citizenship is required. Candidates will be required to undergo an in-depth background investigation.
