Requirements Manager

Job Description:
Candidates will be responsible for supporting existing requirements. Candidates will
establish ongoing processes for the management of these requirements. Candidates are
responsible for the alignments with The Office of Primary Interest (TOPIs), and
establishment of new requirements as needed. Candidates will preserve extended
communication with the program sites to streamline requirements, maintain alignment,
and avoid duplication of efforts.
Job Requirements:
U. S. Citizenship is required. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of
RMM structure and vision, and experience with RMM policies and procedures. A thorough
understanding of military regulations, military travel regulations, and military
mobilization policies and procedures are required. Candidates must have demonstrated
ability to support reserve mission requirements, and experience showing flexibility to
cope with a fast growing, changing environment and short deadlines. Candidates will be
required to undergo an in depth Security Screening process.
