Job Description:
Candidates will function as the overall technical lead of an engineering and development team.  Candidates will analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities for complex systems.  Candidates will guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.  Candidates are responsible for the integration of requirements and the design and technology during the development of complex systems.  Candidates will seamlessly incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations and develop associated technical documentation. Candidates will Guide the implementation of and adherence to the C4ISR/DoDAF process and Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) best practices.

Job Requirements:
 

U. S. Citizenship is required. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

 

-Eight (8) years experience in technical program management and/or as a system development team lead.  At least 50% of this experience shall be in programs with particular relevance to SIGINT, Communications Systems, and Information Technology.

-Five (5) years experience as a system engineer in programs that encompassed systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test and transition into operations.

-Five (5) years system engineering experience obtained in an intelligence community environment.

 

Certification and Training: Eight (8) years plus professional experiences and training commensurate with technology curriculums typically associated with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Candidates will be required to undergo an in depth Security Screening process.
