Job Description:
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provide support to IT systems including:
day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems. Provide second level problem
identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and
remain involved in the resolution process. Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency
management and internal customers. Must possess experience in one or mores systems and architectures and associated
hardware: mainframe, mini, or client/server based.
The candidate will support one or more of three tasks: the Security Management /Monitoring task;
the Secure Boundary task, and/or the Secure Access Architecture and Development task.
Job Requirements:
U. S. Citizenship is required. A TS/SCI clearance is required.
Jr. level - High School Diploma and 1 year related experience.
Mid level - Associates Degree and 2 years related experience, or High School Diploma and 4 years experience.
