Job Description: Ensures that adequate and
appropriate planning is provided for hardware and communications
facilities to develop and implement methodologies for analysis,
installation and support of voice communications systems. Provides
coordination in the analysis, acquisition and installation of hardware
and software. Interfaces with internal/external customers and vendors
to determine system needs. Manages the training and efforts of a staff
responsible for system and network planning and analysis activities.
May include billing/charge-back responsibilities.
Job Requirements: U. S. Citizenship is required.
A TS/SCI clearance is required.
