LinguaLISTek hires Mark Lewis as the new VP
of Operations for Maryland, DC, and Virginia as of Monday April 2nd.
LinguaLISTek is excited to announce the addition of Mark Lewis as the new VP of Operations for Maryland, DC, and Virginia as of Monday April 2nd.
Mark Lewis is a retired USN CTIC (Chinese) linguist who retired after 21 years in the military. He comes to LinguaLISTek from CACI where he was the Director of a $15M analysis, language and training division. Prior to that he was with TRW and served as the Chief of Staff for Enterprise 21 a $55M, 140 person Systems Engineering contract.
He enlisted in the US Army (Army Security Agency) in 1975 as a Cryptologic Non-Communications Interceptor and Analyst (98J). He was stationed in Ft. Devens MA, Ft. Hood TX, and Field Station Korea until he returned to civilian life in 1979. In 1980 he enlisted in the USN as a Cryptologic Technician Interpretive – Chinese linguist. He was stationed two times at NSGA Pyongteak ROK, NSGA Kunia HI, and twice at NSGA Ft. Meade. He retired from NSGA Ft. Meade in June 1996.
Mark has an MS in Management and a BA in Management from the University of Maryland University College. He also achieved his PMP@ certification.
He is married to Liwen Huang Lewis, a DoD employee at Ft. Meade. They have three children, Alexandra who will graduate from UMBC with her degree in mathematics in May, Tatiana 16 and Brian 14 who are currently in high school.
