In May 2003, LinguaLISTek opened its first Language Training Center in Columbia, MD. With a rich resource of technology, qualified instructors, and training material, the
training center has been off to a successful start.
Features of the Center
The training center offers a comprehensive Resource Center with modern computers,
Internet access, interactive programs on CD-ROM,
educational tapes, and periodicals as complements to the course structure.
SCOLA
(Satellite Communications for Learning), VOA (Voice of America) and
BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) broadcasts
are also incorporated as supplementary material for the language courses.

LinguaLISTek can virtually meet all of your language instruction needs. All programs are
designed with flexibility and customized for the student who is receiving the training. Customized language training programs can be designed around any schedule.
LinguaLISTek does not take a program off a shelf; instead, an assessment is made of the student's
current capabilities, goals, and language learning abilities to develop a program that best
suits the individual needs of the student.
